A
well-known public speaker and excellent communicator, Ants is known for his
ability to motivate and stimulate ideas in others. He believes in encouraging
people to break out of their past processes and mind sets.
Ants believes in the contributions that individuals can make to the vibrancy,
vitality and success of organisations. The quality and range of human differences
produces opportunities for creativity and innovation that need to be nurtured
and tapped for the benefit of all.
Because
he is fluent in Estonian and English he has an understanding of the cultural
semantics that language plays on group processes. His understanding of cultural
and individual differences has enabled him to motivate individuals of varied
backgrounds to work as effective units pursuing common goals.
Ants has a passion for exploring social issues and belief systems. He recognises
that in the wisdom of the ancients there is truth and help for people in the
modern world. Ants explores these concepts in his latest book, "Soft
Answers to a Hard World"
